We use Fastway couuiers who aim to deliver within 3-5 working days.They will try to deliver 3 times at the specified adress. They will also try to reach you on the phone number provided.If the three attemps will not be succesfull they will return the package to Utensils store in Tralee. You can then pick it up in the store or pay for another delivery, or not , depending on the order details.
All-Ireland delivery charge is 5.00Euro per order, regardless of size or weight.
Orders over 50.00Euro qualify for free delivery.

You will be advised by email of any delay on your order, or if any item is no longer available.
All products are offered subject to availability and may be withdrawn if all stock is sold or if we are unable to source more stock.
If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be given a full refund.
If we are unable to supply a product, alternative goods will not be substituted without your permission.
Damage or Loss
In the unlikely event that your product is lost or damaged in transit please contact us in writing or by email.
In the case of non-delivery, please wait 14 days from the date of your order, in case it has been delayed.
In the case of damage, please retain the products and contact us on 00353 667119958 or at info@utensils.ie within 7 working days of receipt.
